Year 11 students at Colne Primet Academy launched their school year with an action-packed three-day residential at Newby Wiske Hall.
Each day was filled with a mix of adventurous activities—giant paddleboard racing and archery tag proved especially popular - alongside focused study skill sessions, including core subject masterclasses and mock exam preparation.
Staff were delighted to see students excel in every aspect of the trip, showing teamwork, resilience, and a real drive to succeed. The experience left everyone feeling proud to be part of the Primet community.
Returning to school, students are more motivated than ever and ready to take on the challenges ahead. With mock interviews just around the corner and their first set of mock exams at the end of this half term, Year 11 are set for a fantastic year of achievement and growth.
