Organised by Pendle Borough Council, the event gave students the chance to meet a wide range of employers and learn more about the local jobs market. Our students interacted positively, asking thoughtful and inquisitive questions throughout the day. This valuable experience will help them as they continue their careers education and prepare to secure their own work experience placements at the end of Year 10.

The Careers Fair featured representatives from local businesses including Silentnight, Daisy Communications, Farnworth Rose Solicitors, D&M Creative, and Sovereign, as well as public sector services such as Nelson and Colne College, North West Ambulance Service, Lancashire Skills Hub, and Pendle Borough Council.

We’re proud of our students’ achievements and look forward to seeing them take their next steps towards their future careers.
